I've seen this clip before, but just watched it in a whole new light.
I know it's an older clip, but her idea re. saving the sanctity of marriage, by outlawing divorce, is genius. PA actually has a state rep who singlehandedly had a "marriage" amendment tabled by adding an amendment prohibiting divorce to it. I'm thinking now, that Wanda Sykes had the original idea. Thanks for posting this!

Happy Sunday! I would really hate to see the state or the govt. start deciding if and who should get a divorce, they don't need that power.
The same way they're in the LGBT bedrooms/lives I don't wanna do that to anyone.
I think they (state & govt need to focus on homelessness housing crisis child hunger) but not who should and should not get a divorce.

She is funny but correct why do we have the issue of same sex marriage tied up in the legal system, it is a waste of the docket.
